CLOTH DIAPER
Brace yourself for about 5000-8000 diaper changes per child between their birth and being potty trained! While disposable diapers have become the norm in recent years and are sometimes a convenient option, as the everyday diaper they are often more expensive, unhealthy, and an environmental catastrophe. After diapering through 5 years with my own kids, and seeing hundreds of families’ diapering in action, I’ve come to love cloth diapering as a fun, healthy, frugal and eco-friendly option for most families.

Ergo was the brand I discovered just in time to use with my youngest, and I’ve been quite impressed with their quality. I’ve had a number of used Ergo’s in my office over the years, shared round-and-round between clients. At a time where there are a LOT of baby carriers to consider, this is a work horse that is easily shared between parents and children of varying sizes, newborns to preschooler. MOTHERLOVE
Motherlove has long been one of my favorite herbal source for herbs to support and increase lactation, and all aspects of motherhood.
